🌼 🥰 I love how this has turned out!

I recently painted this wooden heart as a unique birthday gift.

My son is finishing primary school soon, and throughout his time there, he has been looked after brilliantly by the amazing women who run the after school club (so much so that he was often disappointed when I turned up early to pick him up, usually being in the middle of an art project, or a game of Uno or Bingo 🤣).

He asked me to create something special for the birthday of one of the ladies - the brief was simple:

“Something she can have on her wall”

Well, she loves Greece and has been teaching him a few Greek words, one of which was ‘Kalimera’. Meaning ‘Good Morning’ or ‘Good Day’.

Perfect.
